Great buffet breakfast with plenty of options to choose from and tasty food. The location of the hotel is very convenient for exploring nearby attractions, such as a historical theater and a shrine. The onsen was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The room was not clean and had a strange odor. The sheets appeared to have not been washed and the floor was covered in dust. The staff was not very friendly and did not offer much assistance or information about the area. I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! Its location was perfect, being close to the main sightseeing places like the Kompira shrine, Kabuki theater, and the beautiful garden where we relaxed after dinner. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and a variety of amenities available in the spacious and comfortable rooms.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Located in a charming town, this hotel offers the perfect location for a visit to the local Kabuki theater and the scenic Konpira shrine. Guests can enjoy a beautiful garden. Indulge in an exquisite seven-course Japanese dinner at the restaurant, with a choice of Sake, Beer, Coffee or Tea. Breakfast is a large and varied menu with food to suit Western tastes. Guests can also choose between a tatami mattress or a Western-style bed.
Some staff members had limited command of English, making communication difficult.

What a great hotel! The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was always willing to help. One of the best aspects was the location, it was very close to some important sightseeing places. Another thing I liked was the tasty breakfast that had both traditional Japanese and western options. the bed was soft and comfortable, making it easy to have a good night's sleep.
There were no major issues during my stay, but I did not enjoy the dinner very much. The food was not as fresh or appetizing as I would have hoped for and the staff was quite annoying.

We loved the hotel's convenient location, which was just a short walk away from the Kabuki theater, the Kompira shrine, and the stunning Konpira-san shrine. The hotel's beautiful garden was an absolute delight and the perfect place to unwind after dinner. We were impressed by the cleanliness of our room, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and helped us with transportation and parking, which was free of charge.
Nothing to complain about at all.
